MH is giving it a go to eliminate gluten & see if it helps his never ending digestive issues (he has had negative biopsy for celiac but he always has problems w/ things that seem IMO linked to gluten)...
Any recs for the usual stuff, pastas, etc? And if you have brands you like, where do you get them? It seems relatively straightforward as far as general dietary approaches but I know he is sad about completely eliminating the 'big' wheat products like pastas & breads and would like to try out some subs.
