Planking Peeps Day 28

Today is the 28th day of our 30 day challenge. We have 2 challenges going, but it's your choice whether you do both or just 1.


Plank - 4 minutes
Sit Ups - 25
Crunches - 80
Squats - 95
Push Ups - 25 (not apart of either challenge, but several people are doing them)

Let us know how you did. I know I do better when I hold myself accountable in front of others.

Anyone can jump in if they like just let me know.

  • I've quit on the challenge part. I picked up cardio instead. Although I've been slacking there too :( My DD has been seriously cranky lately so there's just no time.

    Great motivational comment. I was doing cardio every up until this week and my baby is just a mess this week. However, you are right there is not such thing as failure as long as you try. I plan to do another challenge probably starting March 1st. I have a few challenges saved on Pinterest!

    @Jalee85 - that's great!  Not everything works out all of the time. This week was hard for you then next week will be different.  Plus just think, your DD will be doing them with you soon lol (my mom used to do workouts in our living room and I can remember doing them with her as a tot)
