Here are some pics of my sweet girl that I wanted to share with you. She turned one month old on Tuesday, she was born 5 weeks ago today, so her adjusted age is 36 weeks 2 days. The first pic is her at one day old, and one month old, what a difference a month makes! I love her nurses so much, on her one month Birthday they made these posters that they signed and hung above her bed, it was a surprise, and of course made me cry. They made the cute little foot print Valentines for all of the parents. I believe it takes a special kind of heart to take care of these babies and their parents. @babycaps, I bet you're an amazing person, I know you're not my nurse, but I still think you deserve a shout out! She's doing so good though, I think we're in the homestretch now. She's finally off of the vapotherm and she's on an amount of oxygen that she could go home with if necessary. She just needs to master eating, which she's doing pretty well with, she's gaining weight nicely too, she's at 5 lbs 11 oz now. She continues to amaze us everyday!! I hope everyone is doing well as some of you are approaching your due dates, I can't wait to see pictures of your babies, and I'm enjoying reading all of the posts and laughing at the clueless drivebys!
