LO just slept for 12 hours

I'm at my parents house and they offered to do the night shift with LOs so I could get some sleep. I just got up and they informed me that Lizzy slept from 7:45pm to 8:00 am! This is the one who has had me up every 2 hours for the last week. Even weirder was that she had a dry diaper. She did pee when she woke and seems happy so I don't think there's anything wrong, it's just strange. Has this happened to anyone else?

    She's already napping again! Not complaining, but wtf? It figures it happened on the one night I didn't have baby duty. She'll probably be back to her old tricks tonight.

    The dry diaper had me a little concerned but I guess she's fine.

    Someone else posted about a dry diaper last week. I think the overall consensus was that there wasn't anything to be concerned about.

    So happy your LO slept through the night. I hope it's the first of many nights to come.

    Nice!! We slept about 12 hours too, but with getting up once during the night.

    Just seeing the title of this post made me bitter and I had a snarky reply all ready to go in my mind... Then I opened and saw it was you. My feelings changed... Well deserved! I am always in awe of how you do it with two. Happy you had a good night!!! As long as she pees enough during the day, she is fine. Yay!!!

    Tly wakes up dry a couple times a week them has extreme pee pants after her first bottle. She seems fine to me!

    DS has been peeing less at night lately. It doesn't worry me because he super soaks his first diaper of the day, today it leaked after only two hours.

    Hooray for 12 hours, hope she does it again tonight :)

    I know, as soon as I posted I thought to myself "no one wants to hear how great your LO slept". Alas, Haley, who is usually my good sleeper, was up every 3 hours, so I guess they just did the old switcheroo on us.

    Oh man, a sincere congrats to you!!! I'm generally up every two hours also and I usually need to change pee diapers every time except sometimes between 5-7am he pees once he wakes up. I'm paranoid about him getting dehydrated so I'm glad to change them, although I'm not sure what's "ok" according to a pedi.
