H and I thought we would for sure be done at 2. I actually gave away almost all of our maternity and baby stuff because we were so sure we were done. Now that E is a year and half and my H isn't traveling for work as much we have decided that our family really doesn't feel complete. We know we want 3 for sure and possibly want 4.

I only have a brother and growing up I always wished there was one more. It was too much tit-for-tat in our household. DH is the middle child and he loves the idea of 3 as well. We'll see where we end up! My mom had multiple miscarriages (at least 5 that I know of...and two of those were twins) so that will play into things as well if for some reason I'm the same - not sure if I could handle that.
So sorry for all the ladies on here with losses :-(

I would love 3 and H would prefer 2. Currently we have 0 so we shall see where things go.
H's new joke is our number of dogs and kids can total 4. I teased him that I could go no dogs for 4 kids and he then stipulated we had to have at least one dog. Needless to say we don't know where our family will end up but we are both open for discussion later.

We always talked about having 2 or 3. Right now after 2.5 years, 4 IUIs, 3 IVFs, and a c/p we will be happy to have 1 at this point.

All we know right now is that we want more than 1, I've recently been thinking more and more about adoption too but I don't know how DH feels about that yet. I love the thought of two kids, one adopted and one not.

Interesting. I grew up with 3 at each house (divorced and remarried parents). It was often 2 against one (not always the same two together).
I want 3-5 anyway, but we'll see if we make it to 5.
2. I am so hoping I can get pregnant again. I'm afraid of more than 2 though.
