I know the recommendation is 14 hours a day, but is everyone's LO actually managing that? How many hours do you think LO actually spends asleep per 24 hours?
12-14. She sleeps from 8-5 then goes right back down until 9am and has a nap around noon for an hour or more then a 30 min nap around 5 when I pick her up from daycare.
About 13-15 hours. He sleeps 12 hours at night and then it varies for nap time. Sometimes he only takes a tiny nap and sometimes he takes a longer nap.
Usually around 13. He sleeps nearly 12 at night, but takes two 20-45 minute naps a day. No idea how to get him to take longer naps, because by 6 pm, he is exhausted and ready for bed. I think it's due to not much nap time. I would love to push bed time back.
11-12 overnight with two brief wake ups and then two naps, which total about 2.5-3 hours. So 13.5 to 15 hours. He's a big fan of sleeping especially napping.
I feel like a bad mama, because it totally varies and depends on the day! She's been pretty consistent with only 1 MOTN wake-up, but some days she naps great, and others, not. I have made no real efforts to sleep train her or put her on a schedule. I'd say she gets at least 12 hour of sleep most days.
