Places to host a baby shower

Hi everyone,
My family and fiances family are in the beginning stages of putting together our baby shower. We live in northern RI, can anyone give me some suggestions of places to host a baby shower. We have a guest list of about 80 people. We would like to do it at home but both houses are to small to do in the chance that it rains. Thank you everyone!

    I'm hosting my sisters baby shower at Alpine Country Club in Cranston. It had the menu we wanted and had a room that can fit all of our 75 guests. It's very neutral and not too costly. We're very happy with it. Let me know if you'd like some more information. :)

    I went to one at Spain restaurant in Cranston. They have a couple private rooms and was very nice. Also, Chapel Grill has some great rooms. Both are private and away from the rest of the restaurant. You could also see I your town may have a community center that you can rent. I'm from scituate and they have a center that's cheap to rent and has been good for showers in the past!

    I just had mine at the VFW and they only charge $40/hr for rental plus $25 deposit and some may include a clean up few. Granted, you have to pay for food and decorations, but I was very happy with the space.

    Chester's, on 44 in Glocester (Harmony?), has that pretty room on the side.  I've never been to an event there, but someone I know had a baby shower there and my mom said it was nice (DD was one week old at the time, so I skipped that shower).

    Im due in august and we are having mine at River falls in Woonsocket where we live... its a great place and has 3 rooms to fit different size parties. Great pricing for food also.. here is the link Riverfallscomplex.com

    I had my bridal shower at River Falls in Woonsocket.  It was really nice.  I had my baby shower at J Grey's in Cumberland.  Also really nice and the food was amazing! 

    My best friend had her baby shower at Chester's in the room on the side.  The space is beautiful but I wasn't impressed by the food.  That was a few years ago so it could have changed since then.

    The Tree House Tavern is amazing. I really wanted to have mine there but my mom decided to have it at her best friend's estate instead.

    Ahhh thank you all for the responses. I never saw these until today haha! I didn't see the notifications lol We ended up using Savinis in woonsocket. It was 8.95/person and it was a breakfast buffet. It was so good and we used the downstairs but they also have an upstairs room to use. Thank you again for all of your input : )
