Maternity Jeans - Old Navy low panel

I bought some ON jeans last night, the ones with the 'low' panel, is it called something else? It's not full panel ones.

They feel fine when I stand up, but sitting down they cut into me and are very uncomfortable.

IDK if its because my belly is not totally firm right now, its still flabby. Once it's firmer/bigger, will these pants probably fit better? I don't know if I should hold onto them or return them.

    This is the exact reason I didn't buy jeans from Old Navy. All of the ones I tried on weren't full panel and I just didn't like how they felt. My vote is to return them, Teal.
