My hubby left me a scavenger hunt of chocolate this morning. Mm .. Chocolate for breakfast!

I sent him a card to open at lunch from my DD.. And I filled it with confetti .. I hope it embarrasses him lol

Nothing. Money is tight because of the wreck. SO works all day so Grayson and I will be hanging out at the house and I'll be doing laundry.

I am making steak for dinner and we will just hang out and watch a movie. A friend is leaving for Calgary today so she is coming to spend the afternoon with us. I made soup and sandwiches for lunch and got French macaroons for dessert, the flavors are rosewater, raspberry and chocolate!

I refuse to go out to eat on Vday because it's so crowded in ever restaurant. So instead, we are doing pizza and DVD at his house (sans LO). There will alcohol involved. Nothing fancy. But I did put together this gift box for him!

We normally don't do a lot. We get each other cards, and he normally gives me chocolates- sometimes flowers. If the roads are better tonight, we'll go out to our favorite restaurant with DD.

I got my kids some cutesy Target dollar bin stuff (and R got some new binks bc his are gross). DH and I never really do Vday, but we're going out for dinner tomorrow night unrelated bc we are in dire need of some alone time. It's been months, man.

Oh, and ill *attempt* to make our homemade pizza heart-shaped. Lol. I tried last year and failed miserably. I'm gonna give it another try tonight. Watch out for it, IGers

I am going to try and be semi nice to DH and DS1. They have actually both kind of been asses to me all week. I even asked dS1 is he would be my valentine this morning and he told me no. Punk. Fine then, DS2 is my valentine this year. DH and I have a babysitter tomorrow night to celebrate but I honestly just feel like doing separate things. I'm really in a slump and I'm hoping I get my period soon so I have a reason things have been feeling so shitty

We are going out to dinner at our favorite place and the ILs are watching LO. We haven't been there since before he was born, so I'm excited. Also last time we were there I was KU and missed out on the awesome sangria. Tonight, there's a pitcher with my name on it!!

My work was closed due to snow but our daycare was open. Husband decided to work from home so we took Colton to daycare, had lunch and took an undisturbed nap. It was AWESOME.

@libberluru oh how I wish I had a pic! It didn't even really look like a pizza once it came out of the oven. The dough was super puffy and it was more of a blob than even a circle at that point. Embarrassing really. Lol
