To those who do celebrate V-day... Tell me what your plans are for the day and/or what your SO did/got for you!!
DH and I are using this "holiday" as an excuse to go out tonight for the first time without LO.
AND when I was up feeding LO this morning he came out with something behind his back and told me to close my eyes. Lol. When I opened them he was holding out a Kindle Fire HD. I didn't expect him to get me anything! He did good

DH surprised me with a new Michael Kors leather bag and will be making us 12oz strip steaks with baked potatoes, salad, and wine for dinner tonight. He got all inclusive Cardinals tickets and a framed picture of him and LO for his office.

We don't really celebrate it, per say, but we usually get each other something small (flowers, candy, whatever) but this morning dh gave me a $100 gc to Victoria's Secret and said 'maybe I can get something for the both of us' haha. I always feel silly wearing that sort of stuff but I guess after 7 yrs of marriage and 3 kids I could suck it up and attempt to be sexy. Any pointers on how to feel sexy rather than silly?

My husband bought me a membership to a museum. It includes free parking, so whenever I'm bored I can take LO and a guest to the museum.

Lily and I got DH cards from each of us (he loved them) and a frame with 2 pictures of her to put on his desk at work. DH got each of us flowers...he wanted to give Lily her first bouquet of flowers..it's this cute small one, so adorable! I also got Godiva chocolates and a card that's so nice. I always look forward to those because it's usually the only times he writes down sweet things to me.

I pre-made blackberry cream cheese "sweetheart" rolls yesterday (no small feat with LO) that I finished baking for breakfast during her early AM feeding. I also have cards from me & LO he'll get tonight, and making his truffles this weekend. I just took pictures of LO in her Vday outfit with an "I love you Daddy" sign and sent them to DH at work. We're going out to dinner tomorrow with LO, courtesy of DHs grandma. Our alone Vday is Sunday; fancy dinner & seeing War Horse on stage. I happen to know that DH bought an iPad (I got an credit alert on my phone for a large purchase), but I don't know if it's for me or us...either way, yay

We're going to dinner tonight. Don't know if DH got me anything, but usually there is a flower or edible arrangement delivery at some point on vday so we will see! I got him an electric can opener(and some new lingerie for tonight) he's been complaining about our manual can opener for ages. Haha! Our anniversary and his 30th birthday are next month so he's getting a big gift then

(a new recliner). I got Brady a sweet little stuffed animal and Anthony got some new cars and a new play doh set! Hope everyone has a fantastic valentines day!! And if you're going out tonight, drink some wine, eat all the dessert, and enjoy your boyfriend, fiancé, husband!

H and Cameron surprised me with this diamond pendant. The front is engraved with "We love you Mommy" and the back of the heart is engraved with "Love Cameron & Dad". We usually don't get each other gifts for Valentine's Day. But this is so cute and sweet!

I will be eating the remainder of my box of chocolates, starting a new one, drinking a beer, snuggling babies, playing games with my parents, and watching Olympics. Great day in my book:) DH has also emailed me twice!

I know that it has something to do with raspberries! "Frambes" means raspberry in French, and it also happens to be my last name. Lol

I got a new car last week so DH says that's my v day present...which I am totally fine with!

we are going to the zoo with DD. That will be fun...and maybe a bottle of wine for us tonight

Fondue with the family tonight. Going to a party with my husband tomorrow, first night out since Henry arrived. I've always loved valentine's day but I love it even more with the kids - making cookies, handmade valentines, class parties etc. I made all three of my boys shirts and pants for the baby - boyish valentine shirts can be hard to find!!
