Ok, all you Bump-ers!! This is my husband and I's first time TTC. We have been at it for about 9 - 12 months, knowing that I have PCOS. This is the first cycle where we started on Clomid/Estradiol/Promethium (sp?). I am excited to say that we had our FIRST Positive OPK!!!! I have been tinkling on a strip, religiously, for three months, and with the Clomid, we saw a positive strip for three days in a row!!! I even used ClearBlue to be sure, and there was most certainly a big ole' smiley face!!!
Now, I am six DPO and I am starting to notice small sharp pains on the right side of my pelvis (this has been going on for the last few days), as well as stomach cramps not related to digestion/AF. Also, I RARELY get sinus infections, and yesterday I started fighting a sore throat, and today I am slammed with pressure and runny nose/sneezing. I did some looking online, and saw where several women SWORE sinus infections/other minor infections were a sign of early pregnancy. One woman said she was ten DPO and when she did a pregnancy test about five days later, there was a BFP!!! Also, I have not yet had any signs of implantation bleeding, that I am aware of.
I am really hopeful!! My husband and I are so ready to have a little one!

What are your opinions on this sinus pressure issue? Have you heard of this?
TTC Since April 2013

Thank you all for the advice and what to look for. The amount of information involved with TTC is slightly overwhelming, especially when there are limited decent OB in our area. We are pretty much doing the research on our own, and we joined this forum in hopes of getting answers more quickly.
And after reading what has been sent to me in terms of monitoring, I highly doubt it. She gave me the scripts for the medications, and then told me to go back so many days after my Ovulation to have my Progesterone levels tested. Other than that, she has done an ultrasound on the day we decided to start Clomid. We have already considered going to an OB or Fertility Specialist who works from the hospital that my husband works at.
I will continue to "lurk around" before posting again!
I know TTC is very overwhelming... the ladies gave you excellent advice. Be proactive with your health and get the proper testing and monitoring done by seeing an RE.
