Good Morning ladies! Hope everyone is staying warm, dry and HEALTHY!

How much did you lose this week?
What was your biggest hurdle this week?
How did you overcome it (if you did)?
What's your favorite workout?

I think from now on, I'll add in a little "favorite workout" bonus question at the end and then put that in the title so if you're looking for a specific type of workout you can search it that way!

  • How much did you lose this week? 
    Nothing. I gained.

    What was your biggest hurdle this week?
    I got sick AND it's Valentines Day...

    How did you overcome it (if you did)?
    I didn't. Boo. 

    What's your favorite workout? 
    I'm doing 30 Day Shred for now and I like it because it pushes me, but I also like to run... it's just too icy for that right now.

    Bonus: What's your favorite ab workout?
    Plank twists.  You do plank but then bring your knees up to your opposite elbow in a twist.

    What was your biggest hurdle this week? getting myself to exercise 
    How did you overcome it (if you did)? Still working on that one
    What's your favorite workout? I play volleyball for 2hrs every Thursday night

    2 pounds

    What was your biggest hurdle this week?
    Being snowed in

    How did you overcome it (if you did)?
    Shoveling a pee path for the dogs and meal planning before the storm and only getting healthy food so we couldn't cheat.

    What's your favorite workout?
    A class or hiking. I'm way more motivated if I'm doing something other than being strapped to a machine.

    Bonus: What's your favorite ab workout?
    Trying the 30 day plank challenge. I'll let you know in 28 days how it goes.

    What was your biggest hurdle this week? Been sick and haven't exercised in 4 days :/
    How did you overcome it (if you did)? I will be working out Sunday, today and tomorrow we have a concert thing.
    What's your favorite workout? Jillian Michaels and insanity

    What was your biggest hurdle this week? To not eat because I was bored at home.

  • How much did you lose this week? 2.5lbs

    What was your biggest hurdle this week? was seriously craving KFC

    How did you overcome it (if you did)? went home and ate something healthy instead

    What's your favorite workout?
    love running, can't wait for the weather to break so I can get back to it.
    and the Jillian Michaels workouts they push me to keep going

    Bonus: What's your favorite ab workout?
    crunches (I've always been able to do a lot of them and like that I get a decent amount in, in a small amount of time)

    How much did you lose this week?
    Only 1lb

    What was your biggest hurdle this week?
    Staying motivated enough not to eat a ton of chocolate. When I think about how much I need to lose it seems so impossible. I need to concentrate on the small goals.

    How did you overcome it (if you did)? I told my boys and my husband we can not have chocolate in any common area of the house until I can handle being near it. I bought my sons' chocolate treats today just before they got home so I would not have to see it very long.

    What's your favorite workout?
    Carrying A while pulling a carriage through heavy deep snow. She won't sit in the stroller anymore. It would be my favourite because it is all I do so far.

    Bonus: What's your favorite ab workout? I hate every ab workout. I really hate them. Sorry, I'm no help here.

  • Howmuch did you lose this week?
    2lbs, 13 more to go which may not happen being preggers but I'm trying to eat super healthy cause I know my doctor is going to tell me that anyways at my appointment.

    What was your biggest hurdle this week? Supper time. My H is a meat and potatoes guy, he has a very physical job and is hungry so suppers are tough for me to find a balance that works for both of us.

    How did you overcome it (if you did)?
    I've just been eating salad and a small amount of what I made H.

    What's your favorite workout?
    T25 upper body focus and total body.

    Bonus: What's your favorite ab workout? I like planks, and mountain climbers.
