anxiety meds

Ok so who is/has been on them that can recommend one or tell me about your experience? I have been getting really anxious and getting dizzy. This happened a ton 5 or 6 years ago but never took anything. I'd like to not get this way, at work especially. I passed out the other day. Ugh.

    @meow84 at work or seems constant but the dizziness lasts a few minutes. I have a6 month plan to find a new job so that will help too, but I'm a mess lately.

    @Onion my dentist gave me ativan for some dental work abd I didn't even remember going in. Lol maybe too high of a dose?

    I'm taking Zoloft for postpartum anxiety and it seems to be working really well. I also have a prescription for Atarax which is something that you can take as needed for anxiety attackes. It makes me feel really sleepy so I'm glad the Zoloft is working and I don't need the Atarax.
