It's so slow on the boards today

Am I the only one stuck at work? It doesn't help that it's incredible slow here at work too.

What's everyone up to?

    I just got back from my first appointment with my midwife and got to hear the heartbeat. Had my pap done, too. Now I'm headed to work. No computer though. Crying Hope Everyone has a good Christmas Eve!

    I'm home, just hanging around. I had my first appt this morning too and got to hear the HB - so exciting.

    I'm going to have to find something else to do all day if the boards are going to be dead!?

    It is slow and uneventful on the boards today...and I am having a hard time staying motivated! I'm at work unfortunately, but they are going to let us go early, yay!

    brownbetty, sucks you have to go to work without a computer. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have a computer. Well, I'd probably actually work I guess.

    Ibis, I saw your post below about hearing the heartbeat and that's great. Isn't it great? I have to wait another week and a half until I have another appointment.

    I am at work... supposed to be getting work done but not!  I have Christmas on my brain!  Excited to tell the family tonight and tomorrow about the lil bun in the oven.  :)  We get off at noon only 1 hour and 29 minutes left wooooo hoooooooo!!!

    Blah...stuck at work. They just sent out a mass notice letting us know that they are NOT letting us go early. Bah Humbug! Two more hours to crawl through!

    Gosh that sucks that we're all stuck at work. I don't think people should have to work on Christmas Eve, it just seems wrong, lol!

    I'm just an STNA in a nursing home. No choice but to work every other holiday. And we can't even have cell phones.
