Just wondering why others are up.

DS puked about 2 hours ago and now I can't shut my brain off. So ready for him to be well again so I can hopefully break this insomnia!

You?

  • Insomnia.  Who needs to sleep at 3a?  Losers, that's who.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

  • It's 10:30am for me. Sorry you can't sleep, but it's nice to have company this early in the day. Usually I feel like by 11am, the board shows my picture as the last person to comment on every thread.

I know the feeling.  I've been there plenty of times.  But I don't have the excuse of a different time zone. lol

I had meant to edit my post because I later realized how this board has mamas from other time zones but I got distracted on 1st tri. And now I can't even find the right gif to illustrate my point.

What part of the world are you in?

  • I'm in Ukraine. The +7 hours from EST don't work particularly well for bumping, but they're great for work.  I get most of the day to do real work (or these days, if I'm being honest, to bump) before HQ wakes up and starts bothering me.

  • Been awake for almost 2 hours now. I slept wrong last night and got a crick in my neck. That's making it difficult to sleep tonight. Sooo glad I see my Chiropractor tomorrow!

  • My husband and I had a little wedding in October (he's an army man so lots of benefits to getting married sooner rather than later) but we still wanted to have a big ceremony so that all of our friends and relatives could still be apart of and celebrate us getting married. This big wedding is tomorrow. Lots on the brain plus nausea has me up and kickin too.

    What a good reason. :)

Hope you got some rest and have a lovely wedding day!

  • I feel like most of you ladies have more legit reasons than I do for being up now. (West Coast 5:00 am; up since 4:30.) I am just a standard insomniac, whether KU or not!

@c8lin2may, congrats and enjoy the big wedding!

And hello to all the ladies who are experiencing daytime right now!! :)
  • @c8lin2may, Congrats on your big day!
