39 weeks 5 days had second membrane sweep today.

Have been feeling really crampy since earlier, and have a few but strong contractions. Then i went to lay on my left side this evening and I had a gush of some sort of fluid, then after heading to the bathroom and changing my underwear I sat down and had another gush of fluid that soaked through my underwear and pants. Not sure if it is amniotic fluid leaking or if my water actually broke?

Um your fluid leaking and your water breaking is the same thing. You're in labor. Call your OB / MW and go from there.
