So I'm sure this has been discussed before but I have looked and can't find it. I haven't bought a crib yet and am ready. I like white and I like fairly simple designs. We have looked at the Graco Lauren Convertible at our local Toys R Us. The only places here who have ANY cribs in store to look at are Target and Toys R Us (and there's 3 at each store on display). I'm a FTM and would like any recommendations you may have. I've looked tons online but I know things don't always arrive looking exactly like what you see online. This will probably be the only child we have so I'm not looking for a super expensive one that has to last through multiple children. Thanks in advance for your help!

We're getting a Davinci Jenny Lind crib and changing table. I love the look of them and the price is pretty reasonable.

If you are leaning towards a Graco be aware that Walmart carries the same models as BRU for much less.

I really like our DaVinci Emily from Amazon. We got ours in Espresso, but it's also available in white.

I have the Graco Lauren I'd recommend that. I mean its pretty cheap as far as cribs go and although you don't need it for multiple children it is really durable ours survived 3 moves. Not to mention it converts to a toddler bed.

I have a Baby Cache Windsor crib from BRU. I got it on sale for $350... Seemed reasonable to me... Seems really sturdy as well!

We got the JC Penney Savanna Bella (?) Crib in off white. I was a little nervous not being able to see it in person (I'm NOT an online shopper) but it came, I set it up, and it looks great.

Before we decided to go with a dark wood finish, I had my heart set on this one from Target. It's a convertible crib so you can continue to use it as the baby grows into a "real" bed.

Walmart sells some great cribs, and you can buy most of them online with free shipping. Lots of Graco ones. DS has the Stanton one in black. I think it cost us $149 when we bought it in 2011.

For this baby we bought the Dream On Me Classic 2-in-1 Convertible crib. I bought it on sale for $89.

We bought the graco charleston off amazon. It's was $159, but tbh we had some trouble. The first crib arrived damaged, nothing structural or anything so with a $30 discount (after contacting amazon) we decided to just keep it. The second crib arrived with a little damage as well, but it was late arriving. Amazon also refunded $30 for that crib. Here's a pic of the crib. I love the design and it's convertible to a toddler bed and a full size as well.

Do you have an Ikea nearby. I think their cribs are great for the price ($100). We have a PBK Kendall crib my neighbors gave us. It's 6 years old, went through 2 babies and looks brand new. It is also super heavy and sturdy. Retail is crazy expensive but we liked it so much we got another one used on Craigslist for $200 for MIL's house.

We have the Delta Springtime Crib from BRU for DS. It is a bit different than most cribs with the dark wood on top. I would say it looks pretty much like the picture upon arrival.

We got the Babyletto Hudson in the two-toned espresso/white. It's beautiful and sturdy! I also love that it has a lower profile than most cribs, as I'm pretty short. We've gotten a ton of compliments on it already.

I would definitely check out the newest version of the Baby Bargains book. It was my buying Bible for LO#1 a few years ago and made registering and purchasing much easier. I just recently bought the updated version of it for my ipad to see if there were any new recommendations regarding safety since we last bought baby items. It gives letter grades for quality, price and safety.

we had a graco Stanton with DD and will use it for this LO. we never planned to convert our crib and it has held up really well.

Ikea also has some reasonably priced cribs that get good reviews if you have a store nearby.

We got a stork craft tuscany granted we got espresso. They do come in white. I absolutely love it and it had great reviews forthe price. Around 200. We got ours from wayfair but Amazon has them too and some other places..

We got the same crib and I'm really happy with the way it looks in the nursery. Obviously, no baby yet, but @Peaceb0ne is right, it's the perfect height. My husband is 6'3 and I'm 5'4 so I wanted something I could easily reach in/out of - we also got the two-toned and I'm loving how gender neutral it is - we don't know if we're having a boy or girl.

I love our Jenny Lind. It's inexpensive, perfect for a small space, and has a vintagey vibe. It still looks great after 2 years, but DD only slept in it for about 5 months.
