How many poopsplosions does your LO have daily? Ones that require outfit changed.

Re: Poopsposion count

  • Usually it's 0. Yesterday was the first one on the clothes, couch, floor... Thankfully my husband had to deal with it!
  • Loading the player...
  • She has one maybe once a month? Maybe. It's only when I don't notice she poops so it leaks through the lining on to the edge of her onesie. We've never had a poop up the back, down the legs, in the hair mess.

because it didn't fucking snow enough for me to build my own
  • Maybe it's because Charlotte is crawling around a lot, but it's at least once a day. I tried all different diapers and sizes too. She just can't keep it in her diaper! Ewwww

  • She's only ever had two.
  • We have something going on because he has had like 4 a day recently. It's not cool. We just got him a bunch of new clothes and I don't want them to be ruined. Argh.

    Bonus:

  • We were having them daily but now since her poop is more solid we've gone a week without one.
  • I picked Ss because we haven't had one yet.......

  • We haven't ever had one, but we have only had him two weeks, so... Also, he's in cloth which I think helps a lot.

  • Wow Charlotte has a unique skill I guess lol

  • We have had very few, since we use cloth diapers. Just a few when we've used disposables while traveling.

  • Usually at least one a day

  • We had them pretty often around month 3 and 4, so I moved her from size 1 diapers to size 2 (Pampers Swaddlers) and she started getting them again at 5 months we moved on up to size 3s.

She still physically fit into the smaller diapers when we moved up, but they didn't contain the very liquid ebf poops. I was just considering moving up to size 4s in the past few weeks but her veggie purees seem to have slowed her bowels down and they're not leaking at all.

THEN I gave her bananas on Monday and Tuesday. She hasn't had a decent poop since early Tuesday. :( I'm bracing for an epic poop-splosion as the week goes on.

Have you tried the Pampers Cruisers, @Dani428? They are supposed to be better for super active babies.
  • I said 0, they happen but not too often anymore.

  • Damn you!! This thread jinxed me. Eva never has blow outs bc her poo is always firm now a days. Yesterday after this poll that changed. I'm talking cut a onesie off a baby changed. It was awful. Hahahaha.
  • Very rarely, thank goodness. Parenting is shitty enough without shit literally getting everywhere.

Shitty mom, shitty dad, shitty crib, shitty high chair, shitty RnP, shitty changing pad, shitty car seat, shitty nursery walls....Sigh.

I'm the every time vote, in honor of the poopsplosion gauntlet we've been running the last few months. But lately we're down to more like 2-3/day, yay!  <:-P

For us, it doesn't matter what diaper he's in. We use cloth most of the time, but we've also used Pampers, Huggies, Luvs, Up&Up, and BabyGanics. Poop poop poop, everywhere there's poop!
