I haven't posted in forever but I was wondering how all the moms with toddler twins are doing? My boys will be two in June. How is life going now that you're twins are older? I think it's getting better and I really hope that we'll have a great summer. The weather is terrible and it feels like -14 today. I have terrible cabin fever and the winter blues are getting to me. I think I just wanted to hear from some moms with toddler/older twins. No one really posts anymore.

Re: How are all the moms with toddler/older multiples doing? How's life going now?
They are starting to really interact and actually play together, and be really sweet and caring towards each other. And they listen to us so much better too. It's awesome
They started speech therapy about a month ago and that seems to be really helping with the verbal skills and less frustration from them when I can't understand what one of them may be trying to tell me. A is very speech delayed and B is her interpreter. It's like trying to decipher Gruel's minion-ese.
Lately they have started refusing a nap, even though they are so cranky mid day. They still fight each other over me when I sit down but then it turns into a big giggle fest. Just this past week they have started to hug each other when I tell them they need to say they are sorry to each other.
I am praying they don't completely flip out on me when their baby brother gets home from the NICU.
And I've made a small attempt at introducing the potty to them and they are both terrified. I sure hope that changes soon.
My girls are 25 months and my son is 4 1/2. Life has gotten consistently better since the girls turned 4 months. They are at the absolutely cutest stage right now. Sure, there are tantrums and they can fight with the best of them, but they are talking up a storm and the differences in their personalities are really starting to become apparent. Plus, as they get older, I can take all 3 kids to do fun things (indoor playground, library, etc.) and they are close enough in age that everyone has a good time.
I would never have chosen to have 3 kids in such a short time, but I'm starting to see the benefits. It is exhausting though. I go to bed early almost every night and have no trouble falling asleep!
I am looking forward to warmer weather too though the thought of chasing them around outside exhausts me! It ought to be interesting that's for sure!
How to tell my boys apart
The different types of twins and triplets

My blog * We made the national news!
I still think my least favorite stage was 12-20mo, which is an age most people like. My big one was a late talker and didn't have a good way to express himself and he was into everything. It was exhausting.
I'm not going to lie. Some days are so hard. But others are so easy. The girls play together all the time. We are going through a jealousy stage right now which is why some days are harder than others.
They are both starting to talk a little more....my son more than my daughter.
Just always fun and entertaining. :-)
