Crazy mouth-also sucking

My LO is 11 wks. He started drooling/doing raspberries about a week ago. A few days ago he started wanting something in his mouth all the time when he was tired-usually the bottle even if he wasn't hungry. He is exclusively bottle fed. He usually spits out a pack. If he is on my shoulder he will put his mouth on my cheek, neck or shirt frantically searching for something to go in. Has anyone else gone thru this? Tips?
