  I did go read those posts last night and then I was so sad and thought about those families all night how terrible and heartbreaking both those stories were.

  Me too. A very close family friend of ours (my godparents daughter) lost twins like this. It was absolutely heartbreaking for all of us as she is like family. She and her husband had their tiny footprints and handprints taken and they had a family photo taken of them holding the twins. It was the saddest thing as they were both crying in the photo and they looked absolutely devastated, naturally. I don't think I'll ever forget that photo and it was about 10 years ago.
