  I did... 72 hours for a response, just not acceptable to me (because of my stupid anxiety over car seats)

  I did find them on Facebook... anyone with a recalled car seat, you can go here:

  They don't tell you about this on the phone or their website.  But the Facebook folks say that this is valid.
