Is your LO scared of anything?

KJ is afraid of this doll. I take photos with her every month next to it and then it goes in the closet. When I pulled it out to take the photo this month, she screamed and cried when I sat her next to it. Now she eyes it suspiciously (her side eye is serious) and screams whenever I put her near it. Has your LO been scared of anything yet?

This is her 5 month photo with the doll. I even took one pic with her "kissing"(eating) the doll.

image B is terrified of this Fisher Price penguin. I have to admit, it has a creepy laugh!

  • Kael is 'afraid' of loud noises (like the dog barking) and certain pitches. Like if im making funny noises and I reach the higher pitches, it causes him to cry. He will go from laughing to straight crying as soon as I hit his 'trigger' pitch. Other than that...nope.
This is funny because loud noises and high pitched sounds are what make Quinn laugh.  If Aiden runs up and yells right in his face, laughter.  If we screech at him, laughter.

  • Aw but that doll is cute. DD has no fear and I have a feeling it's going to be an issue in the future

  • She's afraid of one of those big green bouncy balls!
  • He is afraid of this little puppy toy that squeaks and moves. He hates it! He pushes it away, cries, and crawls away from it. He's not afraid of anything else though.

  • I keep waiting for him to be afraid of something, but it hasn't happened yet.  He loves the vacuum.  He loves the GIANT white tiger stuffed animal (my mom's dog is terrified of it).  I'm not sure what it would take to scare him...
  • We went to my MIL's on Sunday and DH put LO down in the floor right as their miniature poodle walked in. LO started violently shaking and screaming! It was the weirdest thing because this dog is so sweet, calm, well behaved, and small. Our dog is a loud, rowdy, huge, lab mix and LO loves her!

  • The vacuum too, but not the roomba. Same level of noise so I have no idea what it is about the purple vacuum that's so terrifying. Also when my husband laughs, which is sort of sad and funny at the same time, and honestly is so loud it's scared me too!
  • Beards for my LO too! We had a friend who was totally bummed that he couldn't hold LO without him screaming until we figured out that it was the beard.

We took the battery out because the laugh scared me!
  • He freaks out when DH yells at me, and is afraid of my aunts' toy poodle.

  • Strangers! If it's not me, DH, my bad, my parents or in laws, he'll pucker and scream until he's back with one of us. Loud noise used to bother him but not so much anymore.

My DS screams because of the vacuum, card shuffler, and blow dryer.

Today I was changing him at a restaurant, a lady sneezed, and he started freaking out. It was hilarious!

My DD has no fears. Although lately both babies cry when my parents hold them.

    This made me laugh. Oops.
  • Olivia is afraid of my MIL but loves my FIL.

  • B has no fear.  I think we will be in trouble in the future...
