free things for MoMs?

People keep telling me about sites for various free things. What are the best ones? I'm not so interested in saving a dime here and there, so what is really worth it?
TIA!

Re: free things for MoMs?

  • Enfamil keeps sending me tons and tons of free pre-made formula. My pediatrician let them know I had multiples so I guess that is why. Luckily I've been ebf/pumping, but I am sure this will come in handy!

  • In my area there are churches that have annual Parents of Multiples "garage" sale, and consignment stores just for baby items. But beside Craig's list I can't think of where you can receive free items unless it is a sweepstakes thing, is that what your asking? Or samples?

  • All the formula companies will send you samples and coupons. Gerber especially! It certainly helps.

I've been looking for some info on this, too. Found this on the Pampers website:

We welcome twins, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets, or more with a one-time gift of money-saving coupons! Simply Send us copies of the hospital discharge papers. Any sensitive information, such as social security numbers, should be blacked out before sending them. Finally, mail your name and address along with the hospital discharge copies to: Pampers Multiple Birth Offer, The Procter & Gamble Company, P.O. Box 599, Cincinnati, OH 45201. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your coupons to arrive. You can also give us a quick call at 1-877-256-3265

Also, this post is older but it has several suggestions as well: https://lifewithtwins15.blogspot.com/2012/08/baby-freebies.html

It sounds like waiting until after the birth and sending the birth certificates is the best way to contact companies.
