Another BFP

Got my BFP yesterday. It still hasn't really sunk in yet. It's weird because last time my due date seemed far away but now it seems like it will come so soon. I'll be due in October and I have been looking at the October BMB and it is really weird seeing all of those questions again about deli meat and pregnancy symptoms. That and the fact that there are so many people on the board.

I wonder how different things will be this time around. Will I worry as much? Will my morning sickness be as bad? Will I be able to go through with my plan to be team green? There are lots of things to wonder about, but one thing I know is that DD will be an amazing big sister.

It's weird because so far everyone is being especially nice. No snark yet. I guess that comes later. I was just very surprised to read a post about drinking a glass of wine now and not see snarky posts. I guess I'll have to tone down my attitude.

Yay, congrats! I think I would feel the same way. I am super excited for you though, and maybe just a tiny bit jealous

. I really think this is the perfect age difference between kids. I hope your morning sickness is not as bad and this pregnancy flies by and all is well. YAY!!!!!!

Congrats!!! That's wonderful news! Is there a board for second time preggo moms? I feel like I would be annoyed on a board full of first timers. Ha. (I guess you develop a little smugness after you've kept one of these things alive for a year.)

The weird thing is that there are a ton of second and third timers and there are posts explaining various rules. I didn't post to our board this early. Were there gender/sex arguments going on? Apparently you will get a lot of comments if you say gender instead of sex.

@ExcitedAunt2b yes October. The sex/gender thing is randomly coming up in different posts. I just don't remember it from our board. The bump or bloat post is the interesting read. Third time mom asking if she has a visible bump at 6 weeks pregnant.

September is like that too. It's generally pretty calm (esp compared to some... I've heard April 14 is drama city though. I'm glad I wasn't 5 months earlier.
