  @tapthathank I think you are right it was Little Tikes.
  
  @miabambina that's a great suggestion. It was very similar so that but smaller and plastic. The back folded down to be the top step. The base of the seat protruded out a bit further and was the bottom step.

  My MIL has one.  I don't know what brand it is though.  Like anything good, they probably discontinued it. LOL

  Right. I already called my mom. She in turn called my grandma. Who is going to have my uncle look in the attic lol. I really would like it for DS. I can't really find anything as light or portable. I remember carrying it from room to room to use and my mom said I really only could have been 2 or 3.
