Good morning ladies
How did you sleep?
Any new pregnancy symptoms, cravings, or aversions?
Upcoming appointments, milestones, or updates? (Ticker change?)
QOTD: Are you having a baby shower? If so, what date is it planned for? Will you be able to attend? If not, do you have other plans to celebrate/announce baby's arrival?
Re: *** Wednesday Bedrest Check-in ***
Symptoms: headache, swollen hands and feet, spd pain, and more Braxton Hicks...
Today we're 29 weeks even though yesterday at our u/s baby was measuring at 30w2d. She weighs 3lbs 4oz now, which is more than we were expecting.... I'll post a pic when I wake up
QOTD: my mom and sil are planning a small get together here at my house for the first week of March. But we're holding off until LO is born to have a larger "baby shower" so that I'll actually be able to be involved and enjoy the day and so everyone can meet our little girl.
Hi ladies.. I'm doing well today. Slept well and no new symptoms.
I saw my OB this morning for a checkup and biophysical profile and it went well. Baby was pretty sleepy so I got a lollipop to wake her up
The doctor is thinking that since the fluid still looks really good that her decreased growth may just be genetic and she is petite like her sister. I am feeling better about that even though we'll still keep an eye on it of course. I see my MFM on Friday for a cervical check.
QOTD: This is my second so we are not having a shower that I know of. Since it's another girl, we have pretty much everything we need anyway. We will probably send out birth announcements but that's it.
@tracint, can't wait to see pictures! Hope you were able to get a good sleep eventually
He's finally flipped head down which means I have a little tush periodically wedged up under my ribs. I remember this so vividly with DS it's kinda like de-ja-vu.
Had my f/u ultrasound today. I'm kinda relieved he's head down- hope he stays that way. My cervix looked good 3.2-3.5 and no change with Valsalva, so I'm done with cervical checks for now. My fluid levels gave me a diagnosis of polyhydramnios. I've been borderline for a while so wasn't surprised. I start antenatal testing in a week and go weekly. Luckily being on bedrest means this isn't too big a deal to schedule!
On Saturday I'll be more pregnant than I've ever been. Can't wait!
QOTD: No shower plans, kinda sad because I didn't have one with DS (he was bron 2 weeks before I was going to fly east for my shower). We don't need anything, so it's just missing out on the celebration/dressing up etc. that makes me sad.
