My appointment was actually yesterday, but in the chaos (NBR) of the rest of the day I didn't get to post.
We had our anatomy scan, and baby looks perfect (being a doc at the same hospital affords me with the priviledge of getting the report within hours)
And we're having a boy! We were team green with our last pregnancy, but caved this time. We would have been giddy happy with either sec, but yea to not having to come up with girls names.

Just checked in for my anatomy scan. It is actually two scans (one for each twin) so super long. Then an ob appt in the afternoon. Hoping things run on schedule so DH and I get a lunch break together!
A/S went great. I cried just seeing her perfect little face. Was there for close to 2 hrs b/c baby is stubborn like her mom and wouldn't flip to see all the heart sections. Will be going for round 2 next week as well @ohyealovely -good luck today!
I have my weekly u/s to check on the baby's mass. Hoping for a very low ratio. Update: had a great scan today. LOs mass has not changed in size but he is still getting bigger so it isn't affecting anything! Hope everyone else has just as great of an appointment.
Everything was great at our a/s today! Man, I have some stubborn girls. Both are head down for now, but baby A was in an awkward and uncooperative position that she would not budge from, and B moved around so much that the tech had a hard time getting good shots. We definitely made her work! But she got all the shots she needed and all was perfect. I loved that DH got to see them :-). I am measuring about 28 weeks (which is a bit shocking to me personally, even though I knew it would happen), but all is healthy!
Here are the girls' little faces (if you can tell). On the left is Baby B from two weeks ago (she was not feeling a face shot today). On the right is Baby A from today. I think they are adorable and love their noses.
Last month at our A/S I mentioned that baby was measuring small and we had a follow-up u/s planned for 6 weeks out to check her progress. At our monthly check-in yesterday, I was measuring 2 weeks behind, which made the doctor even more nervous about the possibility of baby's growth so she moved our u/s appointment up for next week. She told me not to worry, but I can't help it. I have tried to remain collected and just focus on incorporating more protein and better nutrient rich food in my diet all last month and felt hopeful since I had more weight gain...but now I am discouraged and nervous. I am grateful I don't have to wait an additional two weeks to see LO and find out more about her development and growth, but even waiting 7 more days will be tough. Here is hoping for a clear boring u/s next week with only good news. Grow, LO, Grow!
I had a second glucose tolerance test today. I did it last week and the lab didn't pick up my blood that day so the doctor told me to come in for another one. The lab called today to tell me they tested the day old blood and I'm fine... So my doc called and yelled at them. Seriously what is up with that? My urine sample showed another uti, which was expected since I have been in a lot of pain. Round two of macrobid for me.
@mslovesbo, I'm thinking of you! I am in the same boat and have my repeat us on march sixth. Fx our babies are just wee but continue to grow! Keep me updated!!
We had our A/S part II today because she was stubborn last time and they couldn't get all the pics they needed.
She was still a bit stubborn today, but they got what they needed. So happy to confirm she is healthy ... And still a girl. She's about 1lb 9oz and measuring on track for a 6.1 due date!
Newb here, Im going to start hanging out here and posting since Im due July 2nd but Im measuring a week ahead, this is my third boy! My scan was today, and boy was he a shy little bugger! He was right down against my pelvic bone so they couldn't get a good picture of his face, but that means I get to go back and get another u.s. on four weeks! So far Ive gained 11 pounds, and Im measuring 20 weeks. The doc said that was fine but I should be gaining a little more. I eat really good and never deny myself an indulgence, but Im not worried and either is he thank goodness! We are naming baby Benjamin Chris, pretty excited, I got to pick this ones first name and my husband got the middle name! Anywho hope everyone is doing/feeling fantastic.

I don't know if it is all in my head or if it is the Glucola but I still feel fuzzy and nauseated.
