Win, Fail, Win LOL

Win: We finished homemade Valentines for DD's class last night. First time I've ever done DIY Valentines so I was pretty proud of how cute they came out!

Fail: I forgot DD's lunch this morning.

Win: I put together a decent lunch from the 7-11 across the street from her school. LOL

Anyone else with some wins or fails to share?

My period was late this month by 3 days- i had a few cramps the week before but nothing compared to regular period cramps. My period started off very light was pink and brown, just small spots in my pad- today ( 3 days later) the spots are a bit more red- but there is barely anything on the pad ( haven’t had to change all day- nothing at night) I only notice red blood when i pee and wipe..I am 19 days post ovulation and took a test this afternoon that was neg.

Should i rule out the chance of being pregnant completely?

DD (who is just a little bit older than your DS I think) came home from DC with a red construction paper heart with stickers on it. She was so proud of it, but she refused to give it to me, and fought me when I told her "we can't take paper into the bath with us."

Last year (with a newborn around) we did storebought and they were cute. But this year she wanted blue and green valentines with bulldozers. Not gonna find THAT at Target!

Win- Working both part time jobs is making me some extra cash!

Fail-Those part time jobs exposed me to the stomach bug.

Win- I haven't thrown up since 3am

DOUBLE WIN- Dinner is at 5:15!

If you have any printable address labels, they are good for mass "signing" of the kiddo's name.

WIN: DD took a very rare 2 hour nap today! Despite teething and a cold

FAIL: DD has been miserable thanks to teething and a cold
(and I'm exhausted from trying everything I can think of to help her out)

WIN: DD said her second word today. "Eyes"

FAIL: DD's second word was Eyes. still waiting for her to say "mommy"...

Win: had a great second interview for an job last week! Now I stress about finding out if I got it!

Fail: Being a full time student and working full time is ripping my soul apart this week in the form of two quizzes, a report, a midterm, an essay and an entire book to be read.

Win; Haven't yet gouged my eyes out over aforementioned stressors!

Win: I am preparing for the snow to give me a 5-day weekend. Just need a snow day tomorrow.

Fail: I'm 36 weeks pregnant and now have the cold from hell, making me extra grumpy and attractive with my glassy eyes and red nose.

Win: I made potato soup yesterday that was super easy and also say per tasty.

Fail: I forgot to take my acid reflux meds and was up from 1:45am - 4:15 am feeling awful. Relief came after I threw up/peed my pants.

Win: After I threw up I was starving and had an awful taste in my mouth so I ate an Oreo

Fail: DH's new job is super stressful and I'm single parenting until it's over (only has Sundays off and works 12hr days).
