Yes, because it's full of added sugars that make it taste tolerable (and I'm being generous with that word).
This isn't new news. Low fat stuff is crap because it's loaded in sugars to make it taste better. Fats don't make you fat- sugars do.
I don't think there is added sugar in plain skim milk. Is that what you're saying here? I agree that fat free products (ice cream etc) generally have more sugar, but skim milk? No.

I tend to find full fat dairy more filling and satisfying, which makes me eat less sugar.
