As I posted in the cheating post, I think that if I couple has children they should be required to have marriage counseling before getting a divorce.  My parents are still married so I don't have much experience with divorce.  But I've seen other families go through it and I think it should be a last resort after all other options have been exhausted.  

If you could make a serious law what would it be... No, I would make a law that everyone had to eat 1000 cheeseburgers a year without gaining weight.

    I would make it illegal to obtain gov benefits without passing a drug test.  People who recieve the benefits of the government should be held to the same standards as those that are working for the gov.
