Doing the nursery would require us to start DS's new room first. I have the closet cleaned out in there and that is about all.

We have bought stuff for it, but we can't really start to put it together until we move into our house!

I'm a special snowflake. Our kids will share a nursery since we only have 2 bedrooms. It's not technically "done" because we are waiting on our crib mattress, but it's a functional, decorated nursery for the one kid who is already sleeping in there. Once we get the mattress next week and hang up DS's name, it will be done done.

I started cleaning the room out, then I tossed more shit in there. I need to get it cleaned out and get a couple of sample cans of paint. Maybe next week while DH is home...

this I am glad I'm not the only one I was feeling like a bad mother, we sold our house about 2 years ago and downgraded to a one bedroom thinking we were not going to have children, well surprise we are having one now and are in one bedroom apartment and I didn't want to move the same month as I am due, when our lease is up. So current plan is to renew our lease for 1 year and then get baby a bedroom of their own by the time they're one

We aren't doing a nursery this time. DS will be in our room for the first few months and then he will move in with DD. Probably for a few years because our 3rd bedroom is in the basement and I'm not ready for either kid to be on a different level of the house.

We have the crib and dresser set up and the walls painted. We also put up some shelves for the reading nook this weekend. Finally starting to look like a nursery!

Our friends are giving us their old crib, dresser and changing table. They are buying a new set with their tax return, so we're waiting until then.

We have the paint done, crib set up, glider and ottoman, lamp, and dresser. The closet still needs a little work. Everything will be done done after the shower when we have the changing pad and organizer things. Loving the way it looks!

DD will get big brother's room. All we need to do is convert the bed back into a crib and clear the drawers. Now DSs room to be needs some serious clearing out...
