I voted don't care because I don't care about them at all but they are starting to piss me off. I normally watch L&O marathons on USA during the day but they have the stupid Olympics on instead.

I am indifferent towards them. I like watching some events (like the ice skating), but don't really care about the others. DH is more into them than me.

I don't really care, but the winter olympics seems a lot more fun than the regular olympics. People seem more chilled. Hehe…chilled. Plus I live in London so am pretty much over sport at the moment. People went batshit for the 'lympics the other year.

I normally do enjoy the winter olympics but haven't really been into these ones. I voted don't care, though that's not 100% true - when men's hockey starts up tomorrow, I'll be caring a whole lot!

I don't really care that much, I like the summer olympics much better because I love the gymnasts. DH said he gets anxiety from watching the ice skaters because he keeps thinking they're going to fall. lol

I enjoy the snowboarding, downhill skiing, and the biathlon, but not a huge iceskating fan, so I usually skip over those events. And cross-country skiing just looks unnecessarily exhausting, so I don't like to watch that event either.

The only reason I'm excited about the olympics this year is because I actually KNOW two guys on the bobsled/luge teams!! I served in the same company in the army with them and they are honestly amazing, awesome people. Our whole company was invited to the national championships they went to last year and they let some of the guys go down the hill in the sled. It was an awesome experience.

I love it all !!! Soon to be DH is bored of them already ... And looked at me like I was a crazy person when USA won the first ever medal in the luge last night !!
Personally I love curling the most ... I just believe in my heart its the only winter Olympic sport I could actually do.

I'm a "thumbs down" kind of girl this year. First, Vladimir Putin makes me want to punch him in the face. Second, I'm pretty sure Bob Costas is going to give me pink-eye through the TV, so thank goodness for Matt Lauer. Third, there are only a few events I enjoy. Figure skating, yes. Slopestyle and half-pipe, yes. Curling, yes, but only because I want to be the person with the broom.

But seriously, the downhill skiing, the cross country skiing? I just can't make myself care. Especially the cross country (no offense to the skiiers on here) I know it's a sport and it requires alot of time and attention and practice and things, but it just bores me.

I prefer the summer Olympics. The yummy swimmers. The yummy runners. The bad ass gymnasts.

I LOVE the Olympics although I watch more winter than summer. I'm a short track girl, that sport always has me on the edge of my seat. With that said, this year sucks. Our athletes are off this year, the location is terrible, our bobsledder keeps getting mysteriously stuck/locked in places. The committee chose a poor location, sorry!

I love it. Every 4 years nations gets together and cheer for grown men in spandex suits sliding down an ice shoot on a tea tray, or jump of a giant ramp, or cheer for women in tiny velour costumes with the most amount of sequins possible.

I also love the team spirit stories like this year a Canadian speed skater gave his place in the final to a more experienced team mate that crashed out and failed to qualify. The team mate then went on to win silver.
