Just finished my workout, a "cardio" day. Super planks, explosive lunges, jump squats, stiff legged-one legged dead lifts, choppers, jacks, mountain climbers, whew! I am the only one that secretly likes the rug burn from super planks? It's like a badge of honor.
Doing pretty good with food this week. Made a chicken salad with almonds, apples, grapes, and Greek yogurt, having a wrap and a yogurt for lunch. Need to get my ass moving, then will have a pumpkin pie green smoothie for breakfast, and either shrimp fajitas or roasted salmon for dinner.
Went to neurologist and regular doctor yesterday, they both agree my headaches are a combo of a tension headache and rebound headaches, so should be some easy fixes. Doc thinks my high BP is a side effect of my constant ingestion of ibuprofen. Still no clue about my weight gain. Sending me for one more thyroid test and vitamin d, and a precautionary MRI. Oh, and off to the chiropractor, ugh.
