Another Pre-E question

I'm currently 8 weeks along with my 3rd baby. First baby was term with no pre-e. Second baby developed severe pre-e at almost 33 weeks. This is a surprise baby since my DS is almost 6 months old. My question is this: do you ladies have high BP when you go to the dr due to nerves because of how scared you are of it happening again? Cause I do and I'm trying to find a way to fight it. I check my BP at home and it is great. My dr says is white coat syndrome but I'm scared he will eventually want me on BP drugs if he continues to see it high.

     Same here. I am always higher at the doctor. Fear of it happening again is what I blame!

    I am more successful when I put my music on and ear buds in. They have tried letting me relax a bit before strapping cuff on. That helps a little.

    Same here mine is always high when I go to the dr and I'm actually on bp meds my pre-e was really bad with my first so she put me on meds immediately and I have been on them since I had my first anyway. :/
