  Thoughts and prayers to your family. I'm glad your niece is getting help, what a heart-wrenching story.  How is your 12 year old niece doing?
  
  I hope everyone is getting the help they need and your sisters sees she doesn't need her husband if he is only going to hurt the kids (mentally)

  Huge creepy internet hugs for you @Cnana. It sounds like you are a wonderful aunt and your nieces and nephews are very lucky to have you. Hope that stuff starts calming down soon.   12yo is good. Family counseling is part of 15yo recovery, so she will be getting help by proxy. Sister is filing paperwork with the courts this week for sole custody, and in the paperwork is 15yo statement about what hes said to her. They have a 7yo sister who still worships her daddy though. She is going to be devestated. It's just hard all around.

  Great news!! 15yo is coming home tonight!! She still has a very long road ahead of her, but she will be surrounded by the family that loves and cares about her.
