I was forced against my will to go to the gym last night. Actually DH just made me feel really guilty. Regardless I got in an hour and left. How is everyone doing?
I am doing better.... I worked out both Saturday and Sunday, and again this morning. I am going to try and get up at the butt crack of dawn tomorrow and work out before I come into work, but we will see how that actually works out.
I did the 30ds a few times. I kept my steps at 10,000 for the week. I ate more than I should have and made a chicken soup and a steak with an Asian, soy sauce based sauce. I will be bloated for the next few days.

Doing well this week with working out: barre class yesterday and I've planned for spin today and Friday. I did however eat a whole bag of Trader Joe's fettuccini two nights ago -- did you know a whole bag has about 1,000 calories?! It was delicious though.
