White bump?

My daughter has had a white bump in the middle of her nipple for about a week now. It doesn't seem to bother her, but it looks like a white head that needs to be popped. Her other nipple doesnt have it, and I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed something like this on their LO's and if they found out what it was?
