bumps after naps... thoughts?

J has been waking up with bumps all over his face.  They go away after awhile and he's happy and smiling so I'm not super worried...but any thoughts on what they could be? image

    yes he's a sweater.  I was thinking it was heat related but wasn't sure.

    I was thinking heat or allergic reaction as well.

    Ab gets them too. She's a super sweaty sleeper (like dripping sweat when she wakes) and has them on her chest and which ever cheek she slept on when she wakes.
