4 yo girl gift idea

We got invited to a classmate's birthday party. She is turning 4. I don't know much about her, but she is in a wheelchair.

Is a tea set appropriate? Green toys makes one out of recycled plastic and it's not super expensive or elaborate.

I have no idea what is age appropriate and what isn't and I've never shopped for girls before.

I found this hard when DS was invited to a birthday party for a 4 year old girl and 2 year old girl (sisters).

We got that doll from Frozen for the 4 year old.

Dd isn't four but loves my little ponies. she's loved her tea set since two so that's a good choice as well though many girls at that age have them.
