WTF Monday.....

I know this is usually done on a different day ( I think) but I need to vent today.....so if you have a vent come on in and share it!

 

WTF...my DH has been helping my parents fix their house up to get it ready for sale.  Sunday, yesterday, he was over and while he was there he painted the bathroom, put a railing back up, finished wallpapering the hallway, fixed 2 sinks and installed a door knob.  They thanked him and I know they appreciate the help but we were there from 11-5:30.  If my parents hadn't been screwing around and doing this, then doing that then back to this their house would have been done months ago!  Then they have my sister's daughter every single Sunday so they can pack, they bought a new house.  It pisses me off because I rarely ask anyone to take Morgan but the couple times I have the past few months the answer has always been no because they were working on the house, or they have my sister's daughter.  I'm pissed.....

    I guess pissed isn't the right word, I don't expect my parents to drop everything to watch Morgan.  Like I said, I very rarely ask them to watch her.  But I think I asked twice in the past two months and both times the answer was no because they had my niece and were working on the house.

    I'd be annoyed too! My WTF for today is....I have this friend that I'm meeting for a lunch date (I'm bringing the twins and she's bringing her 2 yo and 9 mo....should be a good time lol). She lives about 50 mins away so we decided to meet halfway....she picked out a Panera someplace that I assumed was halfway. Google-mapped it and it's projecting a 40-minute drive! Since when is that halfway?? At least the babies actually went down for their morning nap so we should be able to get out the door on time....but still....grrr.

    WTF Monday! First I don't get considered for a fabulous job for a really stupid reason. Second, DS is Mr. Grumpy-Butt all evening until we figured out he's cutting at least 4 new teeth. Third, got news that my kitty-cat (who was born under my bed when I was 12) developed tumors and had to be put down. Fourth, hello Auntie Flo....
