LO's daycare just called. She has a 101.5 fever. What the flvck!??!!? this came out of NO WHERE. SHe's been in a fantastic mood the past two days AND has even been waking up with a dry nose.

I may cry

In addition to the winter weather sucking - it's certainly taking it's toll on my healthy baby. URGH.

Oh no honey, I am so sorry.

James was up SCREAMING from 1:30 AM to almost 4 AM yesterday... not really sure why... teething maybe?? And daycare just texted that he had a HUGE poopy diaper leak, which makes me nervous that he's having runny poop that is indicative of him having another ear infection or something....

I will put money down that my LO has another ear infection. And I will go BSC if that is the case. Why you ask? b/c she had one December 16th and January 16th, so I am very concerned that there is a bigger issue here.

I took tomorrow off because I have a dr appointment in the morning. I was so happy thinking about being able to deep clean my house and have some time to myself, and now I know I'm going to be home with a sick baby and probably exhausted because I'm sure we'll be up all night (Just when I got her sleep trained)....

Let's hope it passes real soon! Honestly I know we've all b-ched about the weather, but all winter it's been her and my DH passing there germs back and forth. I need at least one day to open the windows and air out the damn house

We've had some supremely awful sleep around here for weeks, and now LO has a slight fever....I'm already dreading tonight.

Oh no, hope she is ok and I hope you aren't up all night with her! Cam has been sick since last week but he has been pretty good about STTN still...we have been lucky with that, hope you are also.

So her fever broke about 15 min after she had Tylenol. I have her Motrin at bed time in case it came back overnight but she seemed absolutely fine. She's been sound asleep for 3 hours - has not made a peep and her cheeks are really red but other than that totally normal. Whole thing is strange. I don't know what to think!

My LO had the same thing happen last Thursday. She had to be picked up from daycare with a temp of 101.5° and then we battled that sucker all weekend where it ranged from 101 to 103°. Tylenol and Advil helped and it finally broke on Sunday morning. Good luck!! Sick kiddos aren't any fun.

I just had the mystery fever with my older son too. No other symptoms really, but suddenly he was as 101.3 in the evening, then 102.7 in the morning... so fun.

Hope the fevers go away and stay away!

Her fever appears to have broke. I never got a reading over 100.5 and she has not had any Tylenol since 8 am. She has a runny nose, some congestion and diarrhea but really nothing crazy. Guessing its a mild virus.
