JAW2 - How has your week been? Symptoms doing OK? Any luck with the soppler? I think we were between 10 and 11 weeks when he heard the HB for the first time (though we tried earlier) and I think even that is a bit early. Don't get discouraged!

LM915 - How was your week? Sending (((HUGS))) I know it canbe hard as we approach milestones like that. PgAL is quite a journey. Hoping you are well!

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? 16 weeks, avocado or grenade!

Appts/ Updates? OB appointment on Wednesday! Last week I went to pee in a cup and got to listen to baby's heartbeat!

How are you feeling? Tired and hungry. So pretty good all things considered.

What are you craving? Lots of pasta all the time.

QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine? We met in an adult kickball league. Well at the bar that our kickball league drank at after games!

Sorry for the delay ladies. The day was crazy and I wound up leaving work early to go see my sister who was admitted to the hospital with a weird infection. She is doing fine tonight and hopefully will be getting a bit of rest.

Better late than never, right?

Appts/ Updates? No new updates. Growth scan next Monday! Excited to see LO and hoping everything looks as it should in there.

How are you feeling? Tired and sore....same as always.

What are you craving? Eggs, making breakfast for supper tonight!

Hello superKim. I am very glad to see you, I was getting worried...you know we are PGALs....worry is daily routine.... Thank you for asking about the app

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? 5th of August - 15w - Orange

Appts/ Updates? I went to my OB appointment last week, through a snow storm...it took me 2 hours to get there!!!! He told me I still need the second part of the screening (some more bloodwork this week) so no results. But he commented the NT scan and the other blood results were looking good, so it eased my mind. Also all the driving and the storm was worth it because we could hear our baby's HB in the doppler! So exciting to know that he is still doing ok...

How are you feeling? Much better, starting to get excited. My husband said, "this is getting real this time..." so we are both starting to let go our fears(a bit) and looking forward the future (but with caution). We decided not to announce it by now...(only to close friends and obviously family).

What are you craving? Nothing... I gained 3 kg in the last month...and the nurse told me to slow down a bit, so I am kind of sad... eating here and there but no cravings so far.. (still piging a lot...I can't help it

)

QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine? We met online, in a game... (yeah shocking). We had a really rough 3 years keeping our distance relationship, and in march we will make 4 years married!

7 years since we first met! I can't believe it :P

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? 26 weeks!

Appts/ Updates? Well I ended up at L&D last Monday night with hemorrhagic cystitis that was caused by a UTI. FYI, don't ignore pain, even if you think it is just "normal pregnancy pain". I had a follow-up appointment with my OB Tuesday afternoon and baby girl was looking good!

How are you feeling? I am feeling much better this week than last week, although I am already starting to get short of breath at times.

What are you craving? Sweets!

QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine?
We met at work. He was my trainer! We just hit it off really well. We were really good friends first, then decided to try dating. And, well, the rest is history! DH is seriously my best friend.

Thank you!!! She is doing better with some heavy duty antibiotics on board!

Wow, what a week you had. That sounds terrrrrrible!! You poor thing. Thank goodness baby girl is doing so well and you are on the mend!

@superkim13 - hope your sister feels better!!

Just wanted to say a quick hi! Abby passed her hearing screening finally (at 2 weeks old!). I cried with worry before the test and happy tears after! She is already 3 weeks and growing up so fast!

Waves hi to everyone else

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? June 2/24 weeks/holy cow-cantaloupe!! And yesterday was v-day

Appts/ Updates? 23 week appt on Tuesday went well. I'm just so in love with my husband. When we woke up that morning, he told me he had moved some things around at work to be there. I told him it was ok if he had to miss a routine appointment, but he really wanted to go. It was so great to have him there. My weight is good and I'm measuring just a couple of days ahead. Oh, and we heard the beautiful heartbeat.

3 more weeks until the next appointment, which seems like forever. It's my glucose screening at 27 weeks. Then, we will be going every 2 weeks.

How are you feeling? Pretty good. Tired. Work has offered to pay us overtime this year because we have a back log. This is unheard of for accountants. However, just getting to my 60 that I am supposed to have is hard enough for me right now. I don't know how much I am going to get to take advantage of the opportunity.

DH says it is more important for me to rest and he is right.

What are you craving? Pizza. All. The. Time. Lol.
QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine? My best friend came up to visit me at college for my birthday my freshman year. She wanted to go out to dinner with her brother who was at the same college. Her brother brought his friend, who is now my DH.

SandSunBliss - How was the appointment? Any luck with getting up earlier? I feel that that would solve so many of my issues every day, but I still can't get myself to do it! Appt update above. I am having no luck dragging myself out of bed earlier. I know it's not good sleep, but that snooze button is so magical. And you know we won't be able to sleep in too much in a few months

@SuperKim13 - I am sorry to hear about your sister, but glad she is doing okay. FX for a speedy recovery! I also love that you played adult kick ball! As always, thanks for running check-in!

@mandiroo - I LOVE breakfast for dinner, but I always end up making way too much food. But leftovers for breakfast works for me, too!

@voplo - try not to stress about your nurse's comments re: your weight gain. Definitely smart to keep an eye on it, but I think it also tends to balance itself out in the end.

@J&J09 - so glad you are feeling better! I have a friend IRL who is pregnant and had a UTI she didn't know about. I always thought those things had pretty strong symptoms. Definitely good advice to not ignore any pain.

@saranjonathan - Scary about the dizzy spell! Hope you are able to get off of your feet and rest a bit!

@precious72381 - Congrats on Abby passing her hearing test!

@lindsayhilleary - FX for graduation from the RE!

@SandSunBliss - Listen to your DH! You need your rest! Also, keeping FX you ace your glucose test!

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? July 21 - 17 weeks - An onion!

Appts/ Updates? After having an appt every other day for the past 3 weeks, I don't see my OB again until March 7th. Then my A/S is March 10th. My BP was really great at my OB appt last week, so they are giving me a bit longer leash for the time being.

How are you feeling? Not too bad for being 17 weeks pregnant. Very tired and having a hard time getting comfortable in any one position for a long time, but all normal things.

What are you craving? This still varies day to day. I love me some carbs, but I am also fond of cheese, peanut butter and fruit.

QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine? DH and I used to work together in a bookstore. We were friends for about a year, but I had a crush on him the whole time. He finally made his move one day at the movies.

Appts/ Updates?

Well we had an unexpected u/s yesterday! I was having some really intense pressure for a few days that was lasting for HOURS and I sent my ob office an email about it Friday just making sure that it sounded normal. I had no intentions of going in or being seen for it. Well they called first thing Monday morning and wanted me to come in because they said it could be a UTI or infection. So long story short, everything looked fine, but they ended up doing an u/s and the baby is measuring right on track. It was really great and an unexpected surprise! We are past one of our loss milestones now and it feels good.

How are you feeling?

Physically, not that great. I have been battling a cold along with pregnancy symptoms for the past few days. I just want this cold to go away!

What are you craving?

The girl scout cookies in my pantry. I might go grab one right now actually

QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine?

We started dating during our senior year of high school. We kind of knew each other before that, but we weren't friends or anything.

Last week my loss was on my mind a lot, but having the u/s yesterday helped me to relax a bit. My husband has been really nervous lately too, and I'm thinking it's because we're right around this milestone. It's scary, but we're trying to stay hopeful and positive as much as we can!

EDD/How many weeks/Fruit? 25 weeks/ cauliflower

Appts/ Updates? OB appointment on Wednesday- hoping to get an idea of when the dread glucose test will be, as well as when to get TDAP for myself, DH, and DD.

How are you feeling? Right now, I feel like death (cold or flu, who knows). Otherwise, pretty good.

What are you craving? Not much. Waffles and other breakfast foods.

QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine? We met at work and became great friends- keeping in touch over the years and his 4 moves around the country

I don't mind saying that the cupcakes were awesome and I had several- though not more than she did. Now, we in the midst of clearing out her room so we can re-do it into a more tween space for her. She's so excited! Looks like we have a lot of painting in our future.

Appts/ Updates? Thursday was an awesome appointment, and I've got another RE appt this Thursday. Hopefully they'll have me "graduate." I see my OB for the first time on Friday.

How are you feeling? The nausea turned to nausea and vomiting last week, but it's not constant. Sciatica is still bugging me a lot on days I work. I'm not quite as tired as I was before. Anxiety is getting better too.

What are you craving? Ugh not much. Food in general sounds gross. Hot tea has been nice, as has broth. Steamed rice with butter is a good fall back. As cliche as it sounds, pickles and ice cream have both been in my diet in the past week (although not together - yet.)

QOTW: How did you meet your spouse/significant other/this year's valentine? Short story is we met through a friend. Slightly longer version is that this friend was his college roommate and he and I used to be in love and travelled through Europe together. He came into town to visit both of us and we ended up all hanging out at a bar together one night. A few months later DH and I started seeing each other.

lindsayhilleary - How is everything going? Sickness still in check? Have you told any friends/family your news yet? See above for sickness. We've told immediate family and quite a few friends. We're still not publicly "out" but I think we're heading that way. Although without social media, I don't know if there will be any sort of formal announcement.

Thank you! My sister is doing better. In the hospital another night, though. Love your story of meeting DH! I hope the nausea subsides soon for you! Mine got worse toward the end of first tri before clearing out!

Way to go, SSB's DH! It's awesome that he is moving things around so that you can be there as a family at your appointments! I also agree with him that you should focus on taking care of yourself - get some rest, and sleep in while you can!
