I am a little annoyed - updated

So DH took the call 2 weeks ago from my nurse about the BFN. She said they normally book a wtf appointment but since we now live across the country she wouldn't be. I had already decided that I'd still like to be able to ask my RE some questions and talked to DH and he agreed. So I phoned back and left a message asking whether our RE would be willing to do a follow up by phone. I didn't get a call back and they say if you don't hear anything in 4-5 business days to call again. I called again and it has been another 3 days and I still haven't heard anything. I just feel abandoned.

Update: thanks everyone for the support. I knew that by posting they'd call! That said, it was the receptionist and she booked me for a telehealth appointment in mid march. When I asked if the time was mountain time or my time she said she didn't know and still had to actually book EVERYTHING other than telling me about the date. Quite frankly, I doubt they will be able to set it up and knowing my RE he is usually super late....oh well, at least they agreed to do something. I can push them on details when I have to. IF sucks.

Ummm... you should be annoyed!! Why would it take 4-5 days to call back in the first place? I would keep calling back and try and talk to a real person - a nurse or the recptionist, at least. The question that you're asking should be a simple yes or no. I'm sorry that they are making you feel abandoned, that's awful!

I'm sorry @kaf7 - I would be annoyed too. Having to connect with any one of my Dr's on the phone is highly annoying....but even more annoying when it's RE involved as I feel like it's such a highly sensitive topic. My RE's office is really good about calling back - but it is ALWAYS the nurses. The last time the nurse called me back without even talking to my Dr about my question because he wasn't there that day, I would've truthfully waited the day so I could hear his insight... it's annoying! I hope you hear something soon and I hope you can have a good discussion and get your questions answered.

That's really horrible. They should be more professional about things. I'm sorry. I would keep calling and tell your RE when you finally speak to him.
