Newborn photography

What props/outfits do you guys plan to use if you're doing newborn photos? I've seen tons of ideas on pinterest, but figured I'd see what everyone on here was planning to do

I ordered a little bunny outfit online for a couple of them, since it will be right before Easter. It was cheap though, so I don't know what the quality will be like.

I just have a couple of hats/blankets. The photographer has some props, like blocks to spell her name.

Last time I brought a cute hat and a cute onesie. Our photographer has all the different materials for doing wraps and posed naked baby shoots. There was also one where she sprinkled rose petals all over... Check to see what your photographer has.

I'm making all of my props for my pics, but plan to do a couple in just a muslin/cheese cloth wrap, a few headbands one with just a tiny flower and one with a shabby flower bunch., then a few with crochet props.. A long sticking hat, a little beanie, a baseball hat with a bow for my dh, and a bunny outfit with ears and a diaper cover!

I'm sure ill do a few more just haven't thought of them all yet!

This is my last pregnancy and my first girl so I'm excited!! (( :

So far I have an aqua colored lace romper with a huge pink headband , also a pink tutu ( both in great quality purchased on etsy super cheap ) and I'll probably order a crochete Easter bunny hat since it will be close to Easter !

My mom has made them so many things. Fox hats and diaper overs, sock monkey hats and covers, new boy hats and irish cable sweaters to name a few. I plan on cheese cloth photos mostly.

...I still need to finalize & get with a photographer. But I'm SO in love with the lifestyle newborn shoots where it's just the newborn in your home setting. I love that they are so simple & focused on the baby. But they're hard to find. I'm about 99% sure the photographer I'll be using provides a lot of her own props.

Same as everyone else. We'll be mostly using what the photographer has. We are getting a knitted turtle outfit to pose in.

My photographer provides everything. I just tell her if I have a theme I'd like. She went out and purchased an infant red sox hat just for us. Awesome! One less thing for me to remember to do!

Your photographer should have a lot. Send her an email to see what she has.

) I plan on staying open until sometime in March. Obviously for my little girl, I'm making lots of crochet things to use as props. I'm definitely doing a bunny hat/diaper cover!

For DD I had a little ruffle outfit and headband, and then we just did her in diaper and cheese cloth wrap, the photographer had some props too. The rest she was in a regular swaddle with us holder her.

Then probably just a swaddle this time. I wanted to do a little bowtie for Easter, but we won't have the pictures back in time.

For DS we pretty much relied on our photogs props but we did supply a baseball glove.

For the twins NB pics we will probably just use all of the photogs stuff, it is hard with team green to figure out ahead of time.

I have a cute fuzzy stocking hat that one of my mom's friends knitted for her that I plan to use. Other than that, I haven't really looked yet. Definitely going to check with our photographer first though to see if/what she has.
