    I can't deny my hippy-ness, but a lot of soapmakers make it with rainwater. It doesn't rain here often so I'm suuuuuuper stoked.

  • I've been making soap for years and I notice a difference in my skin. Cold process soap needs to be made with distilled water so there are no impurities once the lye is mixed. You will see floaters if you use tap water usually. Rainwater is pure and I'm no chemist, but something about the PH level. People also use snow water

  • I would LOVE some snow water. I don't have any where I'm at. :(. It just all of a sudden started raining the last few days here in California. It was so nice!! :)

  • I've got a cousin in Alaska Rooster, you could advertise "Made from Alaska Pure imported ingredients" for an extra 20 bucks a block.
