TTGP IF WEEKLY CHECK IN

This check in is meant for anyone on TTGP who has hit the 1 year mark of TTC (6 months if you’re over 35), has an infertility diagnosis, or are going through IF testing/treatment. It is meant to be a place for people to share and ask any questions who might not participate on 3T or IF who would like the company of others going through the same experiences.

If you would like to participate, please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE with your info and I will add you on, and please feel free to post your intro. This will be posted every Monday. If you have any suggestions or would like something added, please feel free to post.

Morning ladies! I am 5dpIUI, taking progesterone suppositories that I already bitched about in today's bitchfest post. It makes me ragey, leaky and have really sore boobs. I just keep hoping it will be worth it....this time.

QOTW: We are constantly running low on paper towel. We store it downstairs, no space in the kitchen, and often someone (ahem, H) takes the last one and doesn't mention it, so I don't know we're out until I go to get another roll.

AFM, IVF #3 is a BFN, although I am still waiting on the results of beta #2 to make it official. It only took 2 hrs to get the results on Thursday, it's been 3.5 already today. I just want the official word so I can schedule my WTF appointment and put this cycle behind me and start planning our next steps.

QOTW: paper towels or paper plates. It seems like we are always running low on both.

AFM - I've oficially took the decision to look for another job. This means that we'll be NTNP for the next couple of months, and won't do anything IF-related.

I've been truly unhappy at work for the past 2 years and thought that I would look for something else after my sweet year-long maternity leave. Joke's on me, right?

I've decided that 2014 would be a happy year, after sucky 2013, and the first step toward that goal is to find joy again at work.

I'll still hang around here though! You won't get rid of me that easy

I'm still spotting, waiting to start my period. I'm doing 7.5mg Femara +trigger+TI this cycle. I also started C25k and more interval training for lifting. I've decided to quit putting myself on the back burner.

Any updates? Nada- Just in a funk here of lately. Sorry, I haven't been around much.

QOTW: What supply in your house is always running low? Clorox wipes - SO uses them for everything and it is the only cleaning supply I feel comfortable letting DD use. I personally don't use them very often but they go through a small container a week.

@Emejay - good for you! That can be a difficult decision to make but it sounds like it's what is best for you right now. And we're not letting you go anywhere, glad we agree on that

@packerfan4life - I usually went back after 2-3 months to check my TSH after adjusting my meds, I hope you get down to a good level. FX for you!

@AmyC925 - good luck this cycle, and good for you for doing the C25K and lifting, awesome!!

I'm now 12dpo I didn't test today but yesterday was a BFN. I know this isn't the month. I'm with you @jaytee16 these progesterone suppositories are horrible. I'm crying all the time, over little things, I want to kill everyone, my boobs are killing me, and this shit that's leaking out of me is getting on my nerves. My RE told me to test Wednesday and hopefully I can quit sticking this shit up my vag soon. I'm taking next month off meds I need my sanity back.

QOTW: Bread and bananas. These two things are on every grocery store list.

Im 4dp5dt. My trigger is pretty much gone. I don't know if I'll just keep testing or wait for the weekend. I don't feel anything. Nothing from the progesterone or Estrace and nothing that makes me feel like this actually worked. We'll see I guess.

QOTW : Floss picks. They come in packs of 90 so I think it will last me about three months, but it doesn't come close. I have an addiction. My mom is going to ship me a box of my favorite kind.

@Emejay and @AmyC925 I'm so glad you both are doing things that make you happy. Putting things on hold or on the back burner really stinks, but you feel this great relief when you finally start doing those things that you've been putting on hold for awhile.

@FoxiePM I missed you! I'm sorry about being in a funk.

@SnakeFisherBub I totally know what you mean! Every time we see our RE, he keeps talking about spontaneous conception and I'm like, "Yeah, ok..." It's very possible, but it's so hard to be so hopeful after so long.

@Wolfette139 Glad that you got your meds and are getting the ball rolling! Good luck this cycle!

@packerfan4life I'm sorry about the spotting and I hope your RE gets you in for more blood work soon and your TSH levels are good!

AFM, well, I think I ovulated yesterday. Since it was later than my RE expected, I get to only take Lupron for 4 weeks instead of 6, but we're still on track for IVF #1 in early March. We also took our IVF medication class on Saturday and now MH doesn't feel so scared to help me with the mixing and needles. It was a good weekend.

QOTW: Toilet paper is always running low in my house. Thank goodness for buying in bulk.

ETA: While I was typing my long ass post, I missed @Milagros315. I've got everything crossed so hard for you.

I'm just starting this m/c from IVF #2, a little over 5wks pregnant. Wtf appt. is scheduled for the 19th, and I have (HOPEFULLY) my last beta on Thurs.

I'm not sure how we'll be moving forward, but that's what's up right now.
