because I'd HATE driving in that horrible traffic. DH and I made a trip to a cloth diapering store which is about a little over an hour from our house. By the time we got to the store I was a nervous wreck, felt sick and was shaky and almost in tears.
The plus side of this is that I happened to pick a day where they were doing a cloth diaper class! I didn't even know although DH thought I'd planned this. We got there right as they were starting too :-) I was really surprised by what I already knew as she was going over stuff. I guess between you wonderful ladies, the cloth diapering 101 on YouTube and other reading I've done I've actually learned a lot! And if anyone lives in the Houston area the shop really does have a fantastic assortment of cloth everything.
The end of sad driving/happy shopping day :-)

DH works downtown so drives it every day which believe me he did make a point of mentioning... More than once. The shop is Nurtured Family off 290. It gets varied reviews mainly on some staff members not being as knowledgable as the customer would like but I had a great time there today! I did not buy any diapers since we're set to get started but did get washable breast pads, CD safe diaper cream, washable wipes wetting stuff and a nosefrida! Good thing DH was there or I might have bought more... Lol
