2.5 cm, 90% effaced, 0 station. im 40 weeks finally! and i think i finally just lost some if not all of my mucus plug today. Ive been having constant but irregular BH/false contractions for about 3 days now since my last doc appt. Doctor says it wont be much longer til shes here, then again ive heard that for 3 wks! LOL any good guesses about how much longer til i get to meet my little girl?? Or ways to speed up the process?

I suggest taking a long nap. I have 0 guesses (and no one does) how much time you have left but it sounds like not much! Sex is said to speed up the process. Whether it's true or not, you might as well do it because it'll be a while before you do that too.

I was 3cm and 90% effaced for over two weeks then they induced me and I still didnt progress past 5cm after 3 days of induction. I ended up having to have a c-section with DS. I know waiting is hard but thats all you can do right now I'd take some long walks around the mall or your neighborhood. I tried a ton of walking, sex even acupuncture. Your baby is going to come when he/she is ready
