I just got back from the gym, and I'm really starting to get hooked. I worked out 5 times last week, and the two days I took off felt right and were restful. I am going for 5 days again this week, and to have two of them be 30 DS (downstairs neighbors be damned...actually, I think I can do it quietly.)
I am down around 13 pounds since the beginning of January. It is very tempting to start thinking big, months ahead, but setting goals for just one week at a time is working, so I'm going to stick to that.
Also, the most annoying guy was in the gym tonight with me. He spent 20 minutes smashing a medicine ball against the ground to get it to bounce. I'm like, dude, just use the weights. It was so loud. I cranked up Downton Abbey on the tv.
